This nail shop would be the very last I would recommend anyone to go to. My nails were done sloppy and rushed. They also have the worst customer service!!

I went to this nail spa last Friday purchasing a pedicure and a full set of gel nails. Lee did my nails while another young lady did my pedicure. When Lee finished my nails they were misshapen, different lengths and random widths. She let clue and paint all over my fingers. The young lady that completed my pedicure cut my toe nails too short, chipped my large toe nail and did not refile it and did the worst pain job I have ever had. I had my daughter's eyebrows done while I was being serviced stressing that she is allergic to wax so to please clean them up by threading them and not making them thin at all. When my daughter returned I almost came unglued, the lady used WAX on my daughter, they were hella thin and two different shapes all together. I had to leave or someone was going to answer for that nightmare of an experience. I left and then called and spoke with Tony(who says he's the manager) he asked me to return so that he could see the trashy jobs.

Tony was amazing. Best pedicure ever! Will definitely come back to the Bellagio Spa in Fort Worth, TX!
