Attended a Bella Events wedding reception. It was THE NICEST wedding reception that I've attended. The food was incredible. The chef was at the reception and even spoke to me. VERY nice. Bella Events had even set up the ceremony area and it was beautiful. I don't go to lots of wedding receptions, but I can't imagine one being any nicer. When MY wedding day comes around, I'm gonna give this company a call!

Hired this company to cater my wedding, and at first, it seemed great. They were all smiles and laughs at our first meeting, and more than willing to take our money (obviously). Then the problems started. They gave us about 10 different menus, all very jumbled and disjointed, so we had no way of knowing which items were included and which weren't. When we went for a tasting, they said they could change the sauce on the pasta exactly to our liking. We were elated, and changed it. They never mentioned it was a $150 cost. They also said that a carving station was INCLUDED in our package, but a carver is required to be at the station, and he is a whopping $175. Every time I called them to change or add something, they treated us like we were a waste of their time. At the actual wedding, their staff was rude to my husband and I. They also forgot to bring bowls and spoons to our package (which we told them to add three separate times) so our "sundaes" were eaten on plates with forks. And they still charged us for adding the bowls. They were a headache when it came to costs, because they are SO disorganized. Many times, my husband found errors in their math on their updated cost summary sheets they would send to us. The only reason they get two stars is because the food actually was very good. But honestly, save yourself time, money, and frustration. It would have been easier to cater my wedding myself.

I emailed this company to get a quote for pipe and draping for my wedding. They sent me an email back saying I don't meet the minimum requirement of $500 to do business with them without ever giving me a quote. I've spent $10,000.00 on flowers and photography for my wedding. $500 is pocket change for my fiancé. The fact that they never actually gave me a quote and just assumed I can't meet their minimum Is very unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend doing business with them.

These guys did our wedding day...

These guys did our wedding day. A GREAT job, I must say. The wedding ceremony was in North Dallas and the reception was in Fort Worth. The ceremony went really well. Our wedding coordinator made certain that everything was on schedule, as best she could. She didn't anticipate that some of our details and decor would be forgotten by the maid of honor and left at the hotel. We got through that (Sarah saved the day) and the rest of the evening was really perfect. The staff hopped from N. Dallas to Fort Worth and had everything ready for us when we arrived in the limo. Using a wedding coordinator was a great decision and really helped us enjoy our day. The food was great, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the bar and dancing was excellent. Really, we didn't want the night to end. If you need an wedding designer and planner, these guys are the ones to use.

Nice job to all! I promised to post this for you - so here it is!! :-)

Used Bella Events to design my wedding, Catered For You for the food, and Bella Wedding Rentals for my decor. These guys are first class. Very able and so willing to please. I am so happy that I chose them - they did a great job! Was a bit concerned with two negative remarks on the web. I looked at their website and saw photos of their work and was so impressed. I scheduled an appointment and saw first hand - what they did. I'm so glad that I gave them a chance. Professional, caring, and they listened to what I needed and made recommendations. I felt that I was able to get more decorations by consolidating my vendors and cutting down on delivery fees.

The wedding design was where I needed the most help. Bambi and Sarah were so helpful and had such good ideas - well worth the time spent. As it turned out, the food was plentiful, looked yummy, and was presented so elegantly. We got compliments all night. Getting the rentals from them made it so easy. The delivery guys were short 10 chairs. Their own staff noticed it and got the additional chairs to our outdoor cermony area in plently of time. I really appreciated that. Nice job and thanks, Able!

Turned out that the negative remarks were totally unwarranted. The staff said that competitors have made a few bad comments about them. Haters. :-(

Our wedding was in June and he...

Our wedding was in June and held in Fort Worth. I just want to tell everyone how WONDERFUL everything was. We really enjoyed ourselves and the night was so well organized. The Bella Events staff was very polite and helpful. Maggie decorated the ceremony area and it was fantastic. No, STUNNING is a better word. The centerpieces, cake, buffet tables, etc. were absolutely gorgeous! My guests had a wonderful time. Justin was in charge of our event. Thank you Justin! Their staff was so helpful and gracious to my guests - especially my parents. I really appreciated that. These guys made my wedding day a day to remember. I loved my reception. The band rocked and we had such a good time. I would fully recommend this group of wedding professionals to anyone!

I just wanted to send you a note to let you know how thankful I am for you and your staff. I really appreciated all of your efforts in coordinating, decorating and preparing the food for our wedding. The whole day was surreal for me. Everything was way better than I had been imagining and the food was delicious. Everyone complimented me on the entire evening and how smoothly everything went. The way the museum was set up was picture perfect - thanks to YOU! Everyone complimented me on the food. Not only did you expertly coordinate the whole event, you did it from a wheelchair with a broken foot! You are so dedicated and I really appreciate that. I hope that your foot has healed well and you are back on your feet. Thank you for not taking any short cuts on my wedding day. You went above and beyond all my expectations. Thanks for being so patient with me and helping me to figure out what I needed and then you made it all come together. It is obvious that you enjoy your job. I will most definitely recommend you to all my friends.

lacking integrity...

I found this site while surfing the internet in need of a caterer for my wedding. I was impressed by the advertising pictures and events on the site so decided to meet with the company. Once I met with the owner I discovered that I would be working with a very small business with a the staff of 2. Although skeptical I decided to give the small company a chance. I wish I had gone with my gut feeling, a week before my wedding day the owner tried to extort more money after everything was suppose to be finalized. Apparently the money already given had not gone to my reception, but to keep their small business afloat, and whatever else. Unfortunately certain requests for the reception were not met and I noticed where the company tried to cut corners price wise. The company was yet applying our decorations even after guests had already arrived, the serving staff could not speak english fluently, and some of the food such as the rolls and toppings were not fresh. Although we managed to have an awesome time at our reception, I give this company a thumbs down in the area of quality, they should really work on professionalism, excellence and integrity
