I have been a customer of BTO Automotive for several years now. In the past I had always done my own maintenance on my vehicles out of necessity (or more to the point, I couldn't afford to pay someone else to do the work). A lack of time seems to be my excuse to have someone else do the work now. I have to admit; when I first walked into BTO Auto I was fairly concerned about what I would be charged because you always hear stories about people trying to find a good mechanic they can trust. Well, Arthur and Junior put my fears to rest very quickly. These guys and everyone else I have encountered there over the past couple years have been simply awesome. Ever hear the old saying "if it isn’t broke, don't fix it"? My first experience with Arthur had me saving money when he gave me a little free education on brake wear I had not previously considered. His advice saved me about half of what I would have expected to pay, and put these guys at the top of my "good guy" list. I have been a loyal customer ever since.
