My new car buying experience with Autobahn VW was exceptional! Compared to other car dealerships they had a complete no pressure, no games approach to selling vehicles. I wasn't pounced on by a salesman as soon as I got out of my car which was a refreshing change. Once I was ready for help I went inside and asked for assistance. My salesman (Daniel LaRoche) was great from beginning to end, was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in and took the time to make sure I made an informed purchase. I also emailed him several times about specific questions on the car, maintenance information and vehicle availability. He responded promptly and was very helpful. There was no discussion of money, payments or anything until I initiated that conversation. They also didn't try to play any games after the purchase price was finalized (no dealer extras like paint protection, fabric protection, VIN etching, window tinting, nitrogen in the tires, extended warranty or anything else was offered).



I fully recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone interested in a Volkswagen! The salesman was great and the dealership was wonderful!

I brought my Jaguar in for service at Autobahn. After repeated calls and voicemails to get status on the diagnosis, a week later and a couple trips to the service department, I finally got the bad news. They told me that 2 cylinders were bad and that I had only 20 lbs, out of 150 lbs, of compression. This type of service would require both sides of my engine to be opened and worked on. A big job. I decided to take my car to a local shop, see WWW.BRITAUTO.NET (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED VERY HONEST AND GREAT WORK), where they did a diagnosis in 1 day and told me that my engine was fine. They said that compression was at 2-3% with respect to spec. My car runs perfectly fine WITHOUT all the work that Autobahn's service tech said I needed. They have one service advisor that oversees all the vehicles going in and out of the service shop. Not good.

If you're looking for the best deal, best service, and best overall experience, Autobahn is the number one BMW dealership. We just bought our first BMW, and we are completely satisfied. We started at Moritz, and learned very quickly that Autobahn was giving us the best deal and the best service. Customer service here is untouchable. We went in around 1:00, and by 4:00 and two test drives later, we were signing the papers and driving away in our brand new BMW, at a couple hundred over invoice. We're already making a second deal for my father-in-law. We will be life-long customers!
