I found some mice in the garage. They came out and set some traps by the doors. We caught five within a day ewwww. Good job!

I had a wonderful experience. As a single woman who owns her own place, it was important to me to have a professional & someone that I felt would be trustworthy. After the first phone conversation, I knew Jason was just that! I hightly recommend this company and will use them again...although I've not had any type of bugs even sneaking around after they sprayed.

Good exterminator to use for ants. We had a problem with ants in the driveway and building mounds. They got rid of them and haven't seen a single ant inside. Thanks guys

09/28/2010 I found this company by doing a local search for an exterminator and never used them before. Now I can understand why they have so many high ratings. These people really know their business. Polite service technicians, helpful secretaries and no pressure sales really sets them apart. Oh, and they even got rid of my ants :) Keep doing what your doing and I'll use you for a lifetime.

We've been using Assassin Pest Control for years now without any issues at all. Always on time and if not they always call to let me know. I've used them for general pest control as well as some wasp issues under the deck. Great prices and service. I would recommend their service.

I can agree with all the other reviews written: take the time to explain the entire procedure, courteous, fair price, etc. The only thing I didn't like was the scheduling. It took almost a week to get an appointment which wouldn't usually be a big deal but we were having friends over and ants were all over the kitchen. I guess like everything else, if you want the best you have to be patient. They did get rid of the ants the first time and were very helpful in making recommendations on how to prevent this from happening in the future. Overall, I will use them in the future. Janet

Called this pest control company last week because we had a swarm of termites in the bathroom area. They took the time to explain the whole process of how it would be treated and all the different options we could use. Very reasonable price for termite control and guarantee included. We got 3 estimates and Assassin came right in the middle. Recommend to anyone needing termite treatment in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex area.‎

Terminix, Orkin, and Truly Nolan came out to treat our house for termites. All of them promised the world but just didn't deliver on what they said. Every spring the swarms would come in the same place. Just more money down the drain. Then we found this company. They spent about an hour explaining why the other treatments didn't work and how they were going to do something different. Well, spring has sprung and absolutely not a single sign of swarmers. I would recommend them because of their professionalism, education and problem solving ability. We'll never use another company again. Please keep up the great work!

Truly a top notch pest control company. All the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly, uniformed and treat us with respect. It's a nice change from our old exterminating company who made us feel like they were doing us a favor by treating our house monthly. I've used this pest control company in the past for rental homes we own in Fort Worth and Dallas. Great response time and always a fair price for the work they perform. We heard what we thought was scratching on the attic door at night. We called this pest control company and they came out the next day. They were very thorough and did a complete inspection. It turned out that it was squirrels in the attic and they needed to be removed. Assassin Exterminating did all the trapping and even repaired the hole that they chewed when they got in. In the end they removed 4 squirrels and did a great job calming us down. Highly recommended pest control services in the fort worth area.

This exterminating company came to our house in Arlington because we thought we had termites. Good news and bad news followed as we were told it wasn't termites, but instead we had carpenter ants. They placed carpenter ant bait around the exterior and killed the entire colony. We haven't seen an ant in about 9 months now. We felt really happy with the treatment and the one year warranty they included. Good pest control company to use. We would recommend them€Ž to anyone in need of a great pest control company.

We recently moved into a home that we bought in Dallas and discovered termites by the chimney. It was a little shocking at first because we had a termite inspection before we moved in and no wood destroying insects were found. We called up the pest control company that we used and asked what the deal was and they told us it's common to move into a home with termites because the inspecting companies usually don't do a thorough inspection. That's when we told them that we used their exterminating company for the inspection. After going back and fort for an hour we just decided to cut our losses and go somewhere else. That's where Assassin Exterminating comes in. My wife called them up and told them the problem. Same day response time, not pushy at all, friendly staff and no excuses. The guy explained what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. They included a 2 year termite warranty with their work and references for other jobs they had completed in the past similar to ours.

What a great pest control company from the word go. Always polite and helpful on the phone and very reasonable price. They spray our commercial building and our personal home. We had one issue about 3 months ago with termites in the garage and Assassin came about 2 hours later. Great response time and they always pick up the phone. I met the owner of Assassin Exterminating through a friend. I reviewed their web site and discovered a world of knowledge and great detail about PESTS, no less! To me, that said volumes about their motto 'Always hire a professional' since they had one of the most professional pest company sites I had seen. I could only imagine the great detail and service their company would provide their customers. In the fall I had a problem with fire ants popping up in huge mounds in the back yard and an ever-reoccurring one by my driveway. I talked to Assassin Exterminating and Jason told me how he would treat the fire ants, explaining many only treat the problem temporarily instead of eliminating the problem. After hearing his explanation and understanding it was better to eliminate them all together, I chose to have him treat my entire yard to eliminate the fire ants instead of the ants relocating to another part of my yard.
