I like Mike. He beat Other Guy's price by over 20% and he came out the next morning. OG says, "I can come out a week from Wednesday." I'll be calling Mike for my water heater soon and for any other plumbing needs I may have in the future.

I recently had Mike and Dave out to my home to replace my water heater, which is located in the attic. They did a great job replacing my water heater, but unfortunately someone slipped and stepped through the ceiling. Accidents happen from time to time, but they went above and beyond to fix the damage that was done, and didn't stop until I was completely satisfied with the repair. They were professional, prompt, clean, well organized and now I have more hot water than I know what to do with! I highly recommend them.

Mike and Dave are awesome! I recently used them for a repair after reading other reviews on this website. They came out on a Saturday to give a free estimate to repair a leaking pipe under my driveway. Their estimate was $700 lower than the "best case scenario" of another plumber's estimate and they completed the project in a single day in a kind and courteous manner. They took care not to damage my lawn more than necessary and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. They did not ask for payment until the repairs were complete and I had a chance to inspect the job. Their prices can't be beat and their work carries the same warranty as other major plumbing companies. They were honest and trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great plumber.

The job they did was good (they even replaced a broken towel bar at no extra charge), but... They were more than 3+ hours late (and that was AFTER I called twice to see if/when someone was going to arrive), and they still charged me full rate for the labor (they could have given me a small % off for their tardiness). I understand that 'stuff' happens, so if I am ever in need of plumbing services again, I would consider calling them.

Mike and Dave at A2MD Plumbing (formerly Artys Plumbing) are my new heroes. They did about half a dozen plumbing jobs for me this morning. Based on previous experience with plumbers, I expected the bill to be upward of $600. To my surprise and delight, it was far below that. They were friendly, professional and fast. I cant recommend them highly enough! Yay for the Good Guys at A2MD Plumbing!

A-plus. Frank arrived to fix a drainage problem, two toilets and two tubs. While the cleanout was completely not marked or present to him, he tried first to clean out the line from inside. Very clean work, he left the bathrooms cleaner than when he started and was obviously very knowledgeable. He did ultimately find the cleanouts and in minutes had the system opened back up and usable.Price was outstanding, very reasonable and worth every penny. I would recomment Arty's Plumbiing to anyone.

Good Service

We had a gas leak and Arty's gave us complete, accurate information over the phone. They responded quickly even though I called at 6:00 on Friday evening and worked through the weekend to help us. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

We needed a plumbing service at 10pm on a Monday night. One call and the boys from Arty's came to our rescue! They were quick, polite, professional and inexpensive. I cannot tell you how happy we were with the service and the results. I highly suggest Arty's for your plumbing needs.

I needed an emergency plumber after hours and they quickly came out and fixed my problem without charging an arm and a leg. Awesome customer service and quality work, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Ive used Mike and his crew twice and they never dissapoint. The first time I hired them to find the source of a flood and clean my AC exit path. The other time I had them rethread pipe and install a new kitchen sink and faucet for me. Mike is always available by phone, extra helpful and has a fully competent and respectful crew to handle any job. I recommend them to all my friends who need plumbers and would definitely use them again. The pricing is fair and they have alot better customer service than the other companys I had checked out. Plus they do free estimates, so you know what you are getting into beforehand.

I had read the reviews and thought this was just the plumber I was looking for...Guess you can't believe everything you read. They did come out to check for a leak, said I had one. I also wanted an estimate to move kitchen plumbing. They called back to their office after finding where the leak was and said the boss would contact me to come out to with equipment to detect exactly where inside the house the leak was and to give me estimates. It has not been 3 weeks and I have never heard back from them. Very disappointing! I rated them one star because they did come out on the scheduled day, but would have only rated half star if possible.

I call Mike at 8pm on Monday and he was at my house the next day. I had several leaks and he was very courteous and helpful and explained everything to me so that I could understand. He did not talk down to me like most places do if you are a women. He gave me a estimate and kept it in that range. He even helped me install a brand new kitchen stove that I had to go buy that same day. I will let everyone know how honest and caring he is in what he does.Thank you Mike for helping with my old house.

Mike Mendoza is one in a million. Not only was he the only plumber listed in the 24 hour emergency plumbers I could reach( at 11PM on Sunday night), he answered the phone on the first ring. He drove from Fort Worth to Carrollton as soon as I called. He does excellent work at a reasonable price.

Highly recommended. Low prices and quick outstanding service with integrity. Owner Mike returned my call promptly and came out on a Sunday without extra charges. He is friendly and takes great pride in his company. My second experience with them and I found the service consistently good. The 60 day warranty is reassuring. I will continue to use and recommend them.

MIchael came within two hours of my initial call. I had made an attempt to begin repairing the leaking shower faucet but damaged the handle and knew I needed a professional. He explained what needed to be done and quoted me an hourly rate plus parts. He capped the time at two hours and began the repair. Soon into the work he informed me that the time would only be one hour as he wasn't having any unusual problems. He actually spen two hours on the job including buying the parts but charged me for one. Based on the work he did, I would have happily paid him for two hours as my problem was solved. He was friendly and honest and a pleasure to work with. I will use him again on any plumbing problem and recommend him to friends.

I highly recommend this Plumbing Service. They were very fast and were extremely professional. This company is now my only call to a plumber in the future. I shopped around getting high prices and high hourly rates from other companies. It was refreshing to find this company that was so dedicated to my satisfaction and doing such a great job. The bonus was the value. Their pricing was much lower than their competition. They saved me a lot of money and did an outstanding job in the process. It is not very often that I get overwhelmed with service. I recommend that everyone use this company when you need a plumber for anything.

I just love the free estimate. Every one else was charging between 30.00 and 60.00 trip charge just to tell you it will be another 200.00. With Arty's they come out for free and give you an estimate so your not out a dime until you make the decision on what to do.
