Appliance pro service has amazing customer service. I called at 8pm on Sunday and the tech answered just by explaining what noise my washer was making he told me what was wrong. He came Monday morning like he said and fixed my Samsung front loader. It was exactly what he said it was. He was professional and kind and well priced. I would recommend APS to ANYONE FOR ANY APPLIANCES ISSUES. Thank you APS. You have my business from now on!!!

this company is not worth trying. we had called him to fix our washer at our property. The technician worked on it twice and still not get it to work. This company required constant follow up and the technician is very difficult to deal with.

We recently moved here from Chicago and did not know who to call when our dryer went out. Appliance Pro Services – Wow! Probity does exist in the market of home appliance repairs. If you don’t know what it means, look it up. When I hire someone for a job, it’s sad to say, what used to be the norm now seems to be the exception. I really don’t expect anything above and beyond completing the job itself. I don’t expect honesty. I don’t expect promptness. I don’t expect suggestions to save money. I don’t expect reasonable charges for services performed. Well, if you think similarly, you’ll be pleasantly surprised, because these are some of the things you can expect if you call APS and contract them to work for you. I’ve witnessed Customer Service how it used to be and ought to be.

I needed an extra refrigerator for my garage, and to get rid of a freezer. I called several places from Craig's List, and when I went to check the inventory at one appliance store I found it was a "bait & switch" operation. I then checked YP.Com and found Appliance Pro Services. Jon Paul is a sweetheart. He not only had a really good refrigerator at a fantastic price, but he was willing to make a second trip to haul off the freezer so I could have time to transfer food to the new refrigerator. The used refrigerator he sold me is so nice I had him put it in my kitchen instead of the garage. I am so very pleased with the service and integrity of this company. I appreciate Jon Paul's honesty and dependability. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
