I brought 2 of my dogs to be groomed, there was one dog in front of us so I said I would come back. Five hours later I returned wondering if they were ready. My dogs were still being washed. Upset I never got an explanation why it was taking so long, I asked to take my dogs home now. They charged me for the full service even though my dogs were still wet and unbrushed. When I got home one dog had a rash from the shampoo they used and the other had split nails. I ended rebathing my dogs to remove the overbearing perfume smell and treated his rash. The next day I returned to the clinic for a refund for the pathetic service I received, instead the front desk manager told me I was lying and asked me to leave. I asked for my dogs shot records so I could go elsewhere and her attitude continued to escalate. I called the police upon her suggestion to help settle this dispute. When the officer arrived i was able to get my shot records. It's sad when a business would rather keep a dollar over a client.
