Our family is relocating to the area for work. We sought out the highly rated realtors in the Dallas/Ft Worth area hoping to get professional housing help. There's only one other reviewer for this agent--and that review is four years old. But we did get a recording with this professional's info on it. We called her three separate times, leaving polite requests for a call-back each time. She never returned any of our calls.

We know professionals get busy, but if they can't even put forth the courtesy to return a call from interested, paying potential customers, we think that bodes ill for a future professional relationship. At least now we know to look elsewhere.

Goes out of their way to help.
