Horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment for them to send someone out to our home on Friday afternoon between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. I made arrangements to leave work early so that I could meet with their representative at the scheduled time. Arrived at home at 2:45 p.m. and proceeded to wait for their representative to arrive. At 4:45 p.m. I called their offices to get an update as no one had shown up yet; however, no one answered their phone and I was directed to voicemail. I proceeded to leave a message and request that they call me asap as the appointment window was about to close and no one had arrived. I followed up the phone call with an email message. It is now Saturday afternoon and I have not heard from anyone from the company via telephone or email. I will not be using Andy On Call ever again as I believe customer service and integrity should be at the top of any service company's ladder when it comes to priorities.

My experience with Andy on Call was nothing but postiive. They called to confirm the appointment, showed up on time, and provided a written estimate. We made an appointment for the next week to do the work and they did a perfect job. Their prices are also very fair. I will definitely use Andy on Call again!

I can't say enough how happy I am with the services I have recieved from Andy on Call! They are prompt, professional, courteous, and thorough. The work has been well done and in all cases sooner than estimated. They provide written estimates, which not all companies do, and their prices are competitive. I have had several home improvement projects, and will have more in the near future, and use Andy on Call every time. I have recommended them to friends and to our parish call list. Haven't yet found anything they couldn't or wouldn't do. My first job was so small, other handy man companies wouldn't return my call, but Andy on Call did, and they have gotten my loyal business ever since. Couldn't be happier!
