Paid to have Hydro-Guard watering system installed in home to prevent further foundation problems. Water system did not work from beginning. Calls to company resulted in only excuses from owner. I would be told that they will come out to check it but they would not commit to day and time and no one would come out. I would have to make continuous calls to get something done. System has not worked for 2 months, my foundation problems are worse and more cracking damage has occurred in my home. This company will take your money and push you aside if a problem occurs. Watering system is a great idea but I would not get it from this company. They need to get better at providing existing customers the service they need when a problem arises.
