This was by far a worse experience than the wreck. I was left in empty office that had zero door to outside street where it is obvious you aren't in a safe neighborhood. Also as a female feeling intimidated by being alone in this place, when I called the number from the waiting room I was yelled at and told to read the sign. The guy then comes later to finish yelling at me in person, I am terrified at this point and already frazzled from totaling my car and he goes into a random tirade about this country. He is not a natural born, not that I care, but he lectured me on this country, scared the heck out of me and yells me for interrupting whatever he was doing in back about "getting to me when he had time" and should appreciate being alive... ok... granted I could have died in the wreck but seriously I just wanted to get my personal items from my car and get as far from that sketchy place as possible. I cower until husband comes to get me and the guy acts like nothing happened. Scary, scary place and then even insurance USAA had trouble getting my car. The worst experience ever that makes me wonder what is going on in back that made him so angry to leave for CustomerCare? Shady and unsafe place.
