Used parts are great, refunds available(not just credit), up to 3yr warranty!, they pull. What else should I expect from an auto recyclers. This is perfect. Thanks again American!

This was the absolute worst customer I experience I have had with anyone, ever. I was told to come by at 7:30a for my part, and the sales rep was late. After asking in the office, saying I was here fora part I ordered, I was told nobody knew his cell number (yeah, right). I waited in my car for 40 minutes waiting, finally getting someone in the office on the phone who said he had been there for 25 minutes!!



I asked for a small discount for my obvious inconvenience and was virtually laughed at and insulted by the woman who rang me up; also saying she would have just left! There is an employee who believes in her business! My sales associate said I should have just asked for someone else to help me, which I had done. You can bet I'll never be doing business here again!

WORST SERVICE EVER! I bought a part that turned out to be the wrong part. They agreed to exchanged it, but gave me the wrong part again. The third time I drove back out there and they agreed to exchange it again, but I had to wait for them to "pull" the part, and they wouldn't "pull" it then. They would call me when it was ready and and I could drive back. I live 30 minutes away and made the clear to them. I was told if I didn't want to wait I could go back to the front office and get my money back. I went back to the front office where I was given the same offer. I could either wait for them to get around to fixing my order (that they have already screwed up twice) or I could get my money back. I chose to get my money back. I ended up finding the same part somewhere else for a cheaper price anyway.
