Quoted a price and after ten minutes of work, completed the job. Charged me for cleaning the contacts. $60.00 just for that service which I had not requested. Air Conditioner was installed 2 years ago, and had lost coolant. I contracted them to fix the leak and top off the coolant. Told me that there probably wasn't a leak. Put in a pound of coolant. He charged me $160.00 for 10 minutes of work,(quoted over phone $67.00 trip charge, $19.00 per pound coolant), and 1 week later I had to call another company to fix what they had not even attemped to fix. I feel that I was lied to, and cheated out of money. I wouldn't reccomend this company, and if you use him. Get an up front breakdown on the charges. Then watch over his shoulder. A second opinon was that they didn't clean anything as I had suspected. RIPED OFF!

Ameri-Cool did a fabulous job. They were courteous clean and did good quality work. I am very satisfied with Ameri -Cool and will be a customer for life
