This is by far the worst movie theater I've ever been to. The popcorn was cold. you have to wait for food to be ready 5-15 minutes. For a Friday night, I find that to be unacceptable. It smells and looks dirty! Will not be coming back here!

When I take my 6 grandchildren to watch movies they always have fun. What I love about the place that the staff always nice and works hard. They enforced the rules when children try to go into movies they are not allowed. When parents bring children under age watching movies with adults can cause problems for the neighbors that do not like children but at times adults have the same issue. Everybody knows need to be quiet and ensure the child is quiet. However when in a rated G show which is for the children, most parents know that the children will talk, laugh, speak out, most of all have fun. The staff takes care of complaints in a orderly manner. Been going to this theater for more than ten years now.

I have been to this theater several times, mostly when my grand kids visit. It is always well maintained and the managing staff seems to really care about the patrons. If there are disturbances, I'm sure the managers will handle the situation professionally.

First I would like to say that my family and I are movie freaks we attend at least 3 times a week. We have been going to this cinema for at least 5 yrs now. All of this as ended today 7/06/10 when my family and I went to go watch twilight we took our 6 yr old daughter and altough she is a liitle girl she is well trained to watch a movie. Well today I was WARNED as the manager on duty explained to me that my kids were over talking through out the whole movie because he had reciecved a complaint from the lady sitting five chairs away from us. As I tried to say she is a child who has to go to the restroom he cut me off and said it didn't matter well little did I know he had already told my husband who took my daughter to the restroom that they could not go back in because of the complaint from the lady in which my husband witnessed the whole complaint before his eyes the manager then told him he was going to go tell me. And tell me what the lady told him he did mind you he did not witness this he assumed that everything was true like the fact that she asked me to keep it down and that I was rude towards her this was not true she sushed my daughter when she said daddy i need to go in a regulaR voice tone before this while my daughter was walking up the stairs her flip flops well, fliped and flopped as she got to the top where we were sitting she sushed her again my daughter did not say a word at this time when she sat down my oldest whdaughter took off her flip flops so that it wouldnt happen again when my husband got up to go buy popcorn and came back to sit down he said quietly here pass this down and was sushed again . After the manager FOLLOWED ("PROCEDURE") I outraged I went and asked for the manager and questioned his ("METHOD") by stating that I had not asked any of the following information he acted out on assumption of what 1 white lady told him and that was it I said my daughter only said 1 thing was that against the cinema regulations and is buying popcorn not a good idea any more not to mention a six year old wearing flip flops and if that was enough for him to wrongly throw me out. Well once again he tells me mam if you dont calm down you well be asked to leave due to procedure and i respond Yes i understand but i would like to speak to your boss he covered his tracks by saying that this was the second complaint mind you all of the chairs around me are empty and unbenounced to him the only other family there were friends of the family plus that facted that my husband witnessed the complaint made. My family and I now agree that because of the actions taken by the manager himself what then are we to expect of the staff and not to mention the chain itself I have been to nicer places then this and my family has never been so unfairly treated but knoe we know why there is not so many people as said by the other review placed if this manager would have taked precaution instead of presumption it would have been better if this manager would have picked the facts of both parties and would have been exceptable but obviously there sales im sure show the truth because this family of 5 well never return to this chain due to one customer he thought im sure was stating the truth plus they really should let children tell there parents that they need to go pee because the smell as you walk in the movie itself wreeks of an awful smell the staff are very uninviting as well i recommend fossil creek or the tavern anything but here I also recommend training for the staff of starplex cinema movie girl
