The repair was substandard and I had to get someone else to repair the carpet.

The charges were what he quoted. However, he complained the whole time he was making the repair to my berber carpet. He did not match the grain of the carpet and it looked worse than when he started. I notice he cashed the check promptly. I will never call or recommend him to anyone else.

Arrived on time. The estimated cost was the cost I paid. There were no hidden charges or surprises. Really a wonderful experience.
