Best eye exam I've ever had! They have all the latest technology. Friendly staff and I received my glasses a week earlier than promised!

Dr Altig and his staff are the best in the world! They take their time to make sure you receive the best care! They are the friendliest most professional group around! We LOVE Altig Optical!

This place is awesome. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I drive 4 hours to Altig Optical because of the awesome experiences I've had. Will never go anywhere else!

Altig Optical staff is so friendly! They really care about you and welcome you to the family!! They were very helpful and honest in helping me choose my glasses and I didn't feel pressured to buy things I didn't need.

Horrible doctor that doesn't want to help and take care of patients/customers. They deny my request to order any contacts online even though it's the exact prescription as mine. There is no reason they can't approve my request. I will not be going back to this quack

This was one of my worst experiences as a customer. They blamed me for not scheduling an appointment to pick up contact lens. And I thought I was the customer? This place failed to render business and also charged me about $130 which they refunded only $40.00 back. I consider them thieves!

If your frames are under warranty and go to get new ones expect to get the runaround. My 10 year olds frames broke and they said they would order them and that they would be there in a couple of days. Then when I called it would be Friday (5 days) Then I call again, check back tomorrow. Then I call again and they'll order them and it should be Monday. It's been 2 weeks! Might want to consider other places for your business. I know I'll never go to Altig again after this.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a great selection of frames to choose from.
