Oh wow I can't say enough about this jerk Jeff. I called to ask about the calibration of our scales (I run a skilled nursing facility). He told me he would look into the next time available would be. I asked how often we should have had our scales calibrated and he told me quarterly. I replied that we are well outside of our "quarterly" timeframe and he said....I know. I said well it doesn't seem as though you have an urgency to help us and he replied with...I'm also the owner of the company so you can just find someone else and HUNG UP ON ME. WOW.....
