My AC went out so I went to Alliance Keller Auto as I have my last several repairs. They called me and said I had all kinds of holes in the lines and needed a new compressor and a CCRM- Constance Control Relay Module, which would total $1300. I said no and was

charged the diaganostic fee. I verified at the counter if they are sure I needed a new compressor and he said that he and another guy worked on it.



I decided to get a 2nd opinion as I did not want to drive all summer in Texas heat. I went to a local repair shop and they said I needed a CCRM but my compressor was FINE even after I keep suggesting them to really look at it. It cost $365 to replace the CCRM and to service the AC with new freon. It's been over a month and I have ice cold AC.



Alliance Keller Auto tried to rip me off and I will NEVER go back there again and will tell everyone to avoid this place. Either they have techs who have no idea how to diagnose or they knowingly rip you off. I plan to call the owner and inform him of this experience.

2005 dodge magnum R/T this is the 2nd time I have taken my magnum to Chris at alliance they came highly recommended by 3 people that I know, usually it goes to the dealership but heard I would get better service and better rate at alliance, although I was skeptical at first I want every one to know that I am very impressed with their service, and the quality of work I feel I am getting .and the prices are way better than the dealership...thank you alliance you are my dodge magnum go to guys... Michael
