When I originally set up my rental we agreed that the set up of the water bounce house would happen one hour before the party and they showed up Late and was still setting up the bounce house durning my party. They told us that they would leave the rental there until the next morning. I had to call the emergency line bc the rental was still in my yard, wet and laying on my grass u til after 5 pm. When I called the owner he said that he would be there to pick it up in 45 minutes needless to say it’s been two hours and they won’t return my phone calls

As a Driver for All Star since May, I can honestly say we do our absolute best to have your rental set up fully ready to go before your party time, we may have inconsistent drivers and warehouse staff but things are also being changed, we always try to make you happy. Thanks Tj

My wife had been dealing with All Star for about 3 weeks regarding renting a gigantic water slide. With us having rain in the area all week and being unsure of the weather on the 4th we called and cancelled the Friday before (2nd). When we woke up on the 4th and realized that it might be a good day my wife called to see if she could still get the slide. She was not able to, but they did have a new water slide that was available that we rented. We just had to go and pick it up as they had no delivery available to get it to us in time. I went to get it, brought it home and set it up just like they explained with ease. Woke up the next morning to take it back and decided it would be a lot harder to do that than picking it up. So my wife called and asked if they could come get it and they said no problem. In short, it was just a great experience. We are sure to use them again!

I have been using All Star for 3 years now, and have had nothing but good experiences. They have so many bounce houses to choose from, all for a reasonable price. I appreciate their great services, so I always recommend them to any one who asks. Thanks you Guys...and I look forward to using you again this year!!

They were late with my rentals. I don't think we will use their services ever again. All they said was that they don't guarantee a time of delivery it was almost 2pm when they dropped off. my party started at 12. I was very upset and disappointed.
