When I first went here I was never given a strenght or range or motion test. Out of the 6 times I went, only one time did I get hands on work with the joint that had been replaced in my toe. I basically learned exercises and went in and did them by my self. After switching to another facility (Harris Methodist Alliance) I learned that this is not normal protocal. They have a fully licensed staff on duty at all times. I was never left alone and was given individual one on one instruction the whole time I was at each visitAll Pro also charged a copay which they should have researched and seen I did not owe. 3 months later I still do not have my refund. I wouidl definitely recommend ANY OTHER facility than this one.
