I had been hearing noises in my wall and it kept me up all night. I called Alamo Pest Control and they scheduled a person to come out within an hour! Aaron showed up and was very nice and professional. He told me my options for getting rid of the rodents and didn’t try to oversell me. His option and price was fair and he followed up with steps for precaution. I will always use Alamo for any pest services moving forward!

The technician that came to my house was so knowledgeable about what was going on and what I needed to do to get rid of my termite infestation. I really appreciate that he was looking out for my family's best interest and not just his business. I even signed up for an annual service plan.

I cannot attest to the quality of Alamo Termite and Pest Control's services, as they never actually made it out to my house. I scheduled an initial meeting to give us an estimate, but was notified the day of the appointment that they had double booked my slot and would need to reschedule. We rebooked for two days later.



The day of that appointment, I received a call from their office letting me know that the technician wouldn't be there on time, and was running about 30 minutes late. After an hour and a half, I received a call from the technician letting me know he would be there in 30 minutes. We had plans scheduled for that time as we hadn't expected the estimate to start 2 hours after our scheduled time, and told him we wouldn't be there. To his credit, he was very nice and apologetic about the wait.



A manager then called me back a few days later to reschedule again- he said my file had ended up on his desk, but he wasn't sure why. I explained to him what had happened, and he assured me it wouldn't happen again. I told him that I needed to speak to my husband and see if he wanted to have them come out and then got off the phone, as it was not a good time for me to talk.



I got a call back from the same manager a week later. He told me that they had been out to our house and given me an estimate on services, and wanted to see about booking an appointment. I told him that 1) they had never come to my house even though we'd had two appointments scheduled and 2) that I found it very frustrating that they had bungled two appointments and were now telling me that they HAD been out to see us, when they had not. They were obviously not keeping track of our account or what had happened.



The manager asked me if I wanted to schedule the estimate- I told him that I was going to decline based on the service experience we had had so far. His response (verbatim) was, "I'll stop you right there. How about I go ahead and keep the lights on without your business." and then hung up.



I wouldn't have left a review just based on the mishandled first two appointments, but the manager was so rude and arrogant that I decided to post this. Perhaps I just had incredibly bad luck, as I see they have very good reviews from everyone else. But if this is representative of the way their management treats customers after they repeatedly mess up appointments, I would not use them.

I Love Alamo! I had an infestation of wasps that I was unable to deal with. This was a big emergency for me due to my child being deathly allergic to wasp stings. The wasps had made a nest in a very obscure area.When I called Alamo they were sincerely concerned with that all member of my family stay safe. They arrived that same day and took care of my issue. They also searched around the house to make sure no other areas needed treatment. I would highly recommend Alamo to my family and friends alike. We need more upstanding businesses like Alamo.

This is by far the best pest control experience I have ever had! The technician who came to my house was prompt and professional. He explained the process and answered all of my questions - I have a baby and pets. He also got rid of a huge wasp nest for me! I purchased an annual plan and I love it! The same technician comes to my house bi-monthly and I have a huge peace of mind knowing I won't see pests again. I just scheduled an appointment to make sure the flying bugs I'm seeing aren't termites because I know I can trust alamo to take care of it. Highly recommended!
