We had rented a water slide from this company previously and enjoyed it so much that we rented a double water slide. We couldn't use one side of the slide because there was a leak so there was a growing mud puddle coming out from underneath. Around 6:00 one of the blowers stopped working, We tried multiple outlets to make sure that it wasn't a breaker blown. At 6:30 called the set-up crew to let them know and they said it would be 30-40 minutes before they could arrive. Since our party ended at 8:00 it didn't make sense for them to come out at that point. After multiple emails and calls we finally got the manager to call us back. He said he had blown it up and "it worked just fine". That doesn't change the fact that it didn't for our party. The only thing he offered was $50 off of our next rental. We declined since that won't happen! We spent $400 on this rental and it was a repeat so they should have at least credited some of the price of that rental.

I rented the Victory bounce house and it had a hole in it AND it rained all day. They told me when I rented it that the only way I would get my money refunded was if it rained. Well it rained the entire day and when I called to complain about the hole they say there was nothing they could do. The guy was completely rude and would not refund my money. So down the hole went $400 on a p.o.s. bounce house that we wouldn't have even been able to use if it wasn't raining cause it couldn't stay up. There was rips all over there thing and the pictures online look way better than it does in person. This is the second time i have known someone to use this company and the quality of the bounce houses have been terrible and they wont do anything about it. I talked to 4 or 5 different people and there were all extremely rude INCLUDING THE MANAGER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I'm about to use them for the 4th time this year and will not use anyone else. I've had bad experiences with other companies in the past- won't say who but the other was a little cheaper however they arrived over 1 hour past my party time with a dirty bouncer!

Afford a bounce has been friendly, reliable, with an awesome selection with reasonable pricing. They seem to keep increasing their inventory every year which is a plus considering I have 4 kids.

I just hope they have Harry Potter soon....
