Horrible customer service! I called to get a cpap and emailed the person I was told to. After 5 days of not hearing from her I called her. Her first words to me were "um yeah, how did you get my email address?!" It only got worse from there. Zero professionalism.

I. Cannot thank you enough. On Friday, my dog was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma and had a tumor on his heart that ruptured, filling his chest with blood and making it difficult for him to breathe. My veterinarian wrote a prescription for oxygen but said she didn't know how to get it filled. It was 5:30 pm and every oxygen place I called was closed. Then I called AeroCare. The girl that answered the phone was not quite sure how to provide oxygen for an animal. She asked if I would give her a little time to figure it out and she would call me back. She called back very promptly to tell me that they would provide it. The only problem was that they did not have a tech in our area. She asked if I could drive and meet a text somewhere. I had no problem with that. I drove short way I'm at the tech where he gave me the concentrator. The whole transaction went way smoother than I ever imagined. Thank you so much for your help. I will highly recommend your company to anybody I talk to.
