Great service! Fixed our refrigerator, and when it had a problem again
( because of the way it was made) came right back and fixed something
that was the manufacturer's fault. Thank you, Accent Appliance, your're

Accent's front office staff seem pleasant enough in my dealings with them. However, their service techs...not so much. We recently had to have an LG washer serviced after it developed an unpleasant odor. LG picked up the tab, so...No comment on pricing. A tech was sent to replace the gasket/seal around the door on front and arrived at the end of the 3-hour window, promptly informing us we were his last call of the day so hopefully we wouldn't take long. He got the gasket replaced and left in about an hour. Smell remained, so LG arranged for a tech to come out and try to trace the smell. Same tech returned, very uncooperative. Said he wasn't being paid to trace down smells and if nothing was mechanically wrong, he wasn't doing anything. Left without looking at anything. Turns out he failed to do the "courtesy cleaning" when replacing the gasket which left the same mold and buildup in place, only with a new gasket to contaminate.

Accent Appliance fixed my microwave in September 2009. They were to call me and give me an estimate, but they called with the repair already done. They did not wipe the top or inside of the microwave after it was repaired. From the attitude of the staff, I do not believe that they particularly care whether or not I do business with them again.
