AC Answermsn is a honest, knowledgeable company that does not try to sell you things you do not need. They service ice machines, air conditioning, heating and commercial refrigeration.

Our A/C was not cooling. We were told by another company that we would need a new A-Coil. We asked AC Answerman for a second opinion through the recommendation of a friend. They found this issue quickly and were able to get our system running better that it was when we moved in. This company has outstanding customer service, reasonable rates, and were extremely up front and honest! We would definitely recommend them. My 5 year old would like to say "Thank you for fixing our air conditioner".

I'm in the process of buying a foreclosed home, and called AC Answerman to come diagnose a problem with the outside compressor that a previous home inspection noted (he couldn't get it to run). The technician found it in under a minute, did a thorough check and gave it a clean bill of health. He even helped me with a couple of other issues around the house! If I buy it, I know who will be doing any work I have in the future! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional!

I called this company because my system went out. These guys were the BEST! I know I drove them crazy with tons of questions but they did not seem to mind. I decided to get a new unit because my old one was atleast 19 years old. The unit was installed without any problems are extra expenses, they did not leave a mess, and gave me a file with all of the importment paperwork for the new unit.and warranty. I like this company so much that I am sending them to my mothers house.
