I called ABC Wrecker at 9 am and told them about how my vehicle over heated and I'm in the Marriott hotel parking lot and was told It would only be hour an hour and a half.. I said that was fine and went in the Marriott lobby and decided to wait there. Once 10:30 rolled around I called them and Courtney told me it would be probably 30 mins before he was there because he was "stuck in traffic" I said okay please let me knkw when he is close. Slowly that hour turned into 2 hours and once again I called and asked where he was at and she said he will be there in 30 mins again....once that passed i have lost all my patiences and called them to cancel the tow and called another two company and we're there 30 mins on the dot!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOW COMPANY AT ALLL! waste of time! Yes I was not stranded anywhere but what if I was on the side of the road.. in this heat forget about!
