In January 2006 I received a speeding ticket. I contacted James Nuttall, gave him a copy of the ticket and a check to handle it. Shortly after that he called me and said he contacted the court and informed them that he was my representative and would be handling the ticket. That was the last I heard from anyone regarding the ticket. In February 2013 (SIX YEARS LATER) a warrant was issued for my arrest because the ticked was not handled. I called James Nuttall to find out what happened. His response was the file was closed but he would call the city. He called me back and said the city told him the warrant was issued for no further action on the ticket. That was on a Saturday. He was to call me back on Monday with the results of his contact with the city that day. He did not call. As a result of his non action I had to plead guilty and pay a very hefty fine. Had I handled it my self I could have taken traffic school paid a reasonable fine and been done with it. It is my only traffic violation since the 70's

This man could not help me with my case but he took my name and number down and is finding me a lawer. i have not ever spoke with a lawer and any of them do this for me. He was very nice and concerned w my case. Thank u james. today has been rough for me and you being so nice made my day seem better.
