What a joy to work with a comp...

What a joy to work with a company that has service technicials that are courteous, knowledgeable and on time! They promised to call when they were on the way and they called when they were 15 minutes away. The two technicians were very polite and worked quickly. I can't speak to price because this was a Samsung warranty repair. I would definaltey recommend this TV service company.

The worst business ever created

total incompetence, will lie to you, order the wrong part and then flat out not call you.

Bought service plan through Best Buy for my TV and got these guys.

I have to buy the 200.00 bulb myself Best Buy and these guys will never see another dollar of my money, save your cash and go elsewhere. You have been warned
