Today i got a call for a collection for my father who as been deceased for nearly five years. I tired explaining this to the lady on the phone and she was complete and utterly rude about the whole situation. It was like she didnt believe me or even cared. After a few minutes im in tears trying to explain this to her and she tells okay thanks then hangs up on me. You people disgust me. I know y'alls business is tough. But let the dead rest in piece and dont be rude. I will be calling tomorrow and complaining. Y'all are rude and ignorant people. You disgust me. Leave me deceased father alone.
