Todd, the owner of Rock's Auto Repair has always given us the fairest prices and best service in town. He has even been known to cancel his fishing day on Saturday to get our vehicle in for repair in emergency situations. There is no sugar coating, always straight forward. He has given us advice on our vehicles if we thought a repair was going to drain our pockets, by utilizing alternative ways to work around having to pay enormous repair bills. An alternative he has used in the past is purchasing a part from the junk yard instead of new at the same time being upfront with us about the repair. He will be forthright if the repair is not cost effective, he don't ever suggest you spending good money on bad decisions. Todd is a man of his word, your vehicle is ready as promised. If he foresees any potential issue, it's told to you upfront. Since our inception of utilizing Todd for our vehicle repairs over four years ago, he has never given us the reason to go anywhere else.
