I was referred to Robert Sheets Plumbing by a co-worker. Before I start, this review is not in regards to their quality of work...my 1 star review is to reflect no showing twice in one week.

I was put on the schedule for Monday. 3:30 I called to check the status, I was told the plumber is still at a job and continues calls after 5pm. NO SHOW that night!



Tuesday they inform me AFTER I CALL THEM I am on the schedule for that morning. I reschedule in frustration for Friday.



Friday, I had a short conversation and was assured the plumber was in route to arrive at 10:15ish. I get home around 10am; 45 mins. later no plumber. I call and find out the plumber was sent to another call. The reason is quite upsetting...because I didn't confirm right when they called....

In the voice mail they left I had 10-15 mins to call back to keep my time. Call received at 9:43am. Call returned at 9:45am. My business is going else where because they can't even show up when they say they will.

They're my 'go to' guys. I have used Sheets Plumbing for years and have been consistently happy with the quality of the work they do. They are always pleasant, focused, courteous, and conscientious.

I don't see what "frustrated" has to complain about. Possibly she received an erroneous poor report on the heater (age is not automatically an indication of defect). But rather than rush to rate the Sheets company so terribly poorly she might have reflected on its representative's apparent exceptional honesty. Here is an outfit facing an opportunity to make a replacement sale instead informing the possible customer that in fact the unit appeared to be ok! I say kudos to them and replace her 1 star with a 5 star on that alone!

We are in the process of purchasing a home and the hot water heater is corroded on the bottom. The only thing keeping this hot water heater from leaking is hard water sediment. Sheets plumbing said the water heater is fine. We have a certified home inspection stating "corrosion is noted, appears to be at the end of its useful life." This water heater is a five year guarentee heater that has been operational for fourteen years.
