Knowledgeable and inexpensive and very friendly. I am able to contact someone year round not just at tax time. So if I receive a notice from the IRS, I can call and they will assist me.

This place is a joke.. Sure they're cheap but lets face it you get what you pay for. I had them do my taxes prior to the file date of jan 29th so that they could get it in on that date. They did not. I called 3 times asking if they had sent it and each time they said yes, and its been approved... But all the while the IRS hadnt recievind anything according to their site. I told them about this and for 2 wks its been the same story. "Well we filed, I dnt know why its not showing up" After they said that its been approved twice. This place couldnt keep a bar tab straight let alone a tax form.. Dnt take your money here!!!!
