At the referral of my accountant, I worked with Ryan at Health Insurance Inc. Since he specializes in health insurance and no other types of insurance, I found him to be very focused on my requirements and highly knowledgeable on the applicable options that were best for our family.

Outstanding customer service! That is the best way to describe Tom and Beverly Goff of Northern Insurnace Goff Insurance Agency. Not only did they help us improve the coverage provided by our homeowners and auto policies (without increasing our cost), they also helped us save our home! While conducting a review of our coverage needs, Beverly suggested that we increase the limits held for sewer and drain backup. Little did we know that she was exactly right. During a torrential downpour, the unthinkable happened… our sump pump failed and our basement flooded! The very next morning Tom and Beverly came to our home to assess the damage and to provide us with the names of some of their most trusted restoration contractors. All through the claims process guided us and continuously checked in to make sure everything kept moving (even during their annual vacation!). Without Tom & Beverly's help, I'm not sure how we would have made it through.
