Made an appointment. When I got there I waited 45 min for them to say they couldn't do my tattoo that night. Then, the guy wouldn't draw up my tattoo without a 50 dollar deposit, even though my tattoo was small. Had a repulsive attitude. Suspicious activity going on in the back as various people were running back and forth to different rooms. Never will go there again.

The staff are extremely unprofessional they gang up and yell at guest if something goes wrong when they should give better instructions

Walked out from waiting so long. The artist was taking breaks longer than the time he was tatting. 25 mins of work was taking more than an hr. Did get piercings don't there & both were infected, never healed right, & had pain & discomfort till both were removed. Won't ever go back

This shop is the very best Jeremy and the crew do amazing work and it is so clean it is unlike any other shop the new location is beyond any tattoo shop that I have seen grade a has taken the new shop to a whole new level I love it feels and looks like a medical spa

Good luck with them keeping your appointments or you in mind if you need to go back to have artwork finished.

In my opinion Fort Wayne's best. I have gone there for many piercings. They know what they are doing and do it well.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommClean knowledgeable and professional. Did a walk in for a piercing on 11/11/11. The person available talked with me about what I wanted and gave me excellent advise made sure I knew the aftercare process. He made me feel comfortable for the quick and surprisingly not as painful as expected piercing. After a few days of following the aftercare I am extremely satisfied with the service. Only regret I should have tipped more.ended because

Grade A moved to their own building at 3620 N. Clinton Street, and while we were told by that other tattoo shop, at their old location, that they went out of business, we found Grade A alive and well on Clinton Street. Grade A, and Trent have done all of my families piercings for years, and we trust him and Grade A, to always provide, the cleanest, and safest, studio to perform any piercing, and we also, have several tattoos done at this studio, that we love. Very Professional Studio !!

I took my daughter there to get pierced. the piercer was high as a kite and hardly anyone bothered to serve us. I will certainly never return. We ended up going to a new location called device. Turns out I recognized them from photos on the walls at grade a. I can see why those quit.

I am a concerned parent and my daughter wanted to put a navel ring in her navel, I started looking on the Internet to find out how safe it was. I was impressed with all the information that was available, but I really impressed with the fact that we had an APP approved studio in our home town. I went to Grade A first to check them out. Their piercer was super and showed me everything that would take place if I took my daughter to Grade A to be pierced. He took the time to show me his room, and the sterilization room and explain the entire process to me, Well, we went to Grade A and my daughter is very happy with her piercing and I am so impressed with everything at this studio I felt compelled to write this review. Thumbs up for Grade A

I had my navel pierced a year ago from them, and I had to take it out because it was just way too crooked. I'm planning on getting it repierced elsewhere, as I have found an exceptional facility that does amazing work. Although their work usually isn't poor quality, I won't be going back to Grade A.

I've been pierced and tattooed several times at Grade A. Every time was a great choice-- I've never been disappointed. I know it could be cheaper somewhere else-- but its worth the quality and the fact that you can trust everyone there!
