Nice atmosphere, kid friendly. Pizza tastes like frozen type. Also, customer service is poor...had to find someone to take our order (for the lousy pizza).



That would have been okay, until one of our balls was cracked by lane 15. At the desk, they said they would cover it, but backed out of it. Wasn't a great ball, but they should not have promised then changed their minds.



Good for small kids...not for anyone over 12.

i had a great time there i went with my family and a couple friends. We met some very nice people and were treated with a ton of respect by the employees. I thought the plave was going to be dumb but i enjoyed it very much.

We chose to try crazy pinz for our son's 4th birthday party. We didn't make a reservation becasue we only had a small group. Waited an hour and a half for our pizza, after it sat out on an open counter getting cold for 30 minutes. I had to find a manger, even though I requested one to be sent to our table. He was apologized for the situation but didn't not refund any of our money. I spent over half of the time we were there standing in line. Several other people in line were having the same issues with time it was taking to get food, food being cold, and standing in line for extended periods of time. Additionally, if you are taking small children be sure to watch them carefully as there is no security measures, anyone could take them and be out the door in a flash.

Crazy Pinz would do better by improving security for families with children and evaluating their food service. At the very least the manager should have provided a partial refund or a certicate for a free "special" the next time.
