Paul was very helpful and diligent in tracking down an HVAC part for me.

We have been dealing with Coplens for the last several years. They always seem to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. They are flexible in getting your camper out in the parking lot when they store it there, and if something is needed, they get on it and take care of it, sometimes at no charge. It is a great business to deal with and would recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunently they are an example of a company who doesn't go out of their way to provide excellent customer service because they don't have a lot of competetion. Very disapointed in their rental department and overall willingness to make the customer happy.

Great place with fair prices and honest people. I just bought a used camper and had a hitch installed on our truck and they did a super job.
