Not once in 13 years have I ever been there and gotten what I have ordered and today is no different. It took a month and a half to get uniforms and then they were wrong yet again even tho the ticket was right. Sadly I have no choice but to deal with them. I would avoid this place if at all possible.

I wrote a review about this place a few years ago. I felt I needed to give credit where credit was due. I went in last Saturday after years of going online for my uniforms. I needed new boots and did not have time to wait. The young man that helped me was great. I picked up a boot and he could tell me everything about it. I ended up with a pair of dancers. I didn't really want to spend 250 but my feet have been dry since Saturday night. I guess you do get what you pay for.

These guys know their stuff. The online service felt like I've know this guy my whole life. He took the time and had many answers as to why I was having trouble with a specific fit. I'm a lefty which means finding a left hand holster that no one ever has or worse there's nothing available. My online experience has already turned me into a return customer. I've needed to call into the store a few times and to my surprise there's still the second generation owner who is there probably working but definitely operating the phone. This man was direct but pleasant and I really like that. I was transferred to their web dept and also to my surprised I was speaking with the same rep who has helped in the past. I'm a retired officer and have two sons who both have now become officers as well and they too enjoy the online store and usually always comment on how Brateman's have made online shopping easy for old men like me. Trust me....try this store out. If you call in ask for Mike.

Rude, rude, rude! I went into this store for a pair of pants. They jumped all over me before I walked in the door. I explained "I just want to look". The sales person followed me around and watched everything I was doing. I looked around for a few, people screaming at one another! Never have I visited a business as ridiculous as Brateman's INC. I will never go back.

Overpriced items. You can find the exact same merchandise online for 30% cheaper, after shipping you're still saving money. Rude customer service. After complaining that my order hadn't been filled after three weeks they made up a story about how it needed to be custom made. I made a comment about never doing business with them again and they threatened to sue me if I repeated any of the conversation to anyone. Worst business I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
