I purchased a broken tv, then it was replaced with another broken tv. Then was asked to drive it another 2 hours to get my money back after already driving over 150miles, 5 hours in the car, and over 5 hours on the phone with several different departments to resolve my issue. However, my issue is still unresolved. I do not want to drive any more, I do not want this product from Best Buy, I do want my money back.

this location has closed . there's a craft store in its place now.

This store has the worst customer service I have ever encountered! They are rude and do not follow through with work. This is the THIRD computer that they have replaced and every time they cannot seem to be able to tell me what is wrong and you guessed it I lost all of my data.

This store is great it always has staff to assist you . You never spend time looking for someone to help you they are always there and nice about it ...Thanks Best Buy Staff

Well after calling them to see the status on my pre orderd game no one answered the phone for at least 45 mins. When they did finnally answer the phone i got put on hold just to wait another 20 then i hung up and called back. After waiting another 10 mins for someone to answer i finnally got through. The customer service jerked me around for 25 mins on the status of my order. So i am now cancelling my order and purchasing the game at wal-mart. This is the second time i have ordered off the internet to pick up at this store and it was the same the first time. I love best buy but this store stinks.......

I brought my computer in to have it looked at. The techs failed to explain what was wrong with them and returned it to me with nothing in my life, I lost everything.

Purchased on Nov 20 and installation was before Thanksgiving!! WOW
