Provided by YPmobileTerrible customer service, fraudulent practices, and faulty vehicles! STAY AWAY from this dealership! Randy and his sales staff will advertise one price and then charge a fraudulent "bank fee" of several thousand dollars (even though your bank does not charge them a fee). They fail to disclose vehicle issues in hopes that you don't catch them. When you do notice an issue before purchase, they will agree in writing to fix it (they never will) just to make a sale. Every single one of their customers should file complaints at the BBB, the IN Attorney General's Office, and with a private attorney. Randy and his sales staff will lie, be absolutely rude, insult you, and become hostile when you do have a complaint or bring up an issue. This is the worst business I have ever seen. STAY AWAY or regret doing business with them.

Provided by YPmobileWe bought a 2006 Expedition. We could have went to the junk yard and bought a better vehicle, that actually runs!! They were supposed to have us pay $2,400.00 down payment, and Erik Runyan (salesman) only made us put $200.00 down. We were told after we bought it that we were to lie to the Customer Care Service that was going to call us about the vehicle. We were to tell them that we put the $2,400.00 down on it, or there would be problems with the loan. We were also to tell them my husband was the only one driving it, when the salesman knew my husband bought it for me to drive. They said they would pay the taxes on vehicle. To cover up that they didn't make us put that much down on it!
We had problems with it since we drove it home after buying it!! They sold it to us with no gas cap... Which if drove with no gas cap, it makes the check engine light come on. There was a bad vibration in the vehicle. Which was only discovered between the speeds of 50-70 mph. Which you can not drive that fast where they are located in Fort Wayne, so we did not feel the vibration. Plus you can't go far because they keep their gas tanks almost empty. The drivers side window did not work. We were told it was going to be fixed when we bought it. Then they would not fix it after we bought it. We got it checked out a few days after we got it. Found out there was four different things wrong that could electrically be checked. The over drive was getting stuck when trying to kick in. Found out the transmission was going out. Then 6 weeks after we got it, it jumped time and stopped running! My husband talked to the boss/owner at Any Credit Super Store about the transmission. He said he would see what he could do about it and get back with us. We NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM!!!
We have not been able to drive it for over 3 weeks now! It stopped running 2 weeks before our second payment was due. We had to have it towed to a Ford Dealership. Spent $130.00 in towing expenses and $500.00 to the ford dealership for them to tell us that the engine and the transmission were SHOT!! IT NEEDS NEW OF BOTH!! We have a loan for $12,500.00 on a vehicle that does NOT RUN!!! This whole situation has been hard because we have kids that go to school, this was supposed to be a dependable vehicle. We have been told there is NOTHING that can be done about this vehicle. We can't take it back!! How is this legal?? We could have went to the junk yard and got a vehicle that actually runs! They are so unprofessional at the car lot!! They LIE to you and CON you!!! They could care less about their customers!! As long as they get in your wallet!! THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORST CAR SALES LOT!!!!! If I can help save anyone from being robbed and scammed by this place I'm thankful!! I just can not believe that this is legal for car lots to sell vehicles at these prices and the engine is shot!!! And to think they lie to everyone on television too!! WE ARE FURIOUS!!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE ANY CREDIT SUPER STORE IN FORT WAYNE, INDIANA!!!!!!

Provided by YPmobileI have not had the car two months and the thermostat was not working, I was told he would charge me 25dollars because they was unaware of the problem. After my car being there 7 hours they tell me I had a small hole in a pipe I know that was not true because a week before the antifreeze was full and when I checked a day before it was not much lower. I was charged 125 dollars!!!!!! And they didn't put antifreeze back in. Also I have to replace two tires, and I have not had this car 60 days. They will get this car back.
