Great cleaners! Came in at the last minute for the second time needing my airline uniform pressed during my day off and there was no problem. Great service and the uniform was perfect! Thanks!

What horrible customer service!! I will NEVER BRING anything back here (1st street location) I called to check to see if some vest that I brought in were complete. Of course a non speaking associate picks up, fine whatever. After repeating myself for a third time I start getting frustrated so then she hands the phone over to someone else. Again they ask me the same questions, so then I get upset. The guy on the other end started coping an attitude over the phone , when he said "If you're going to get an attitude with me, I'm going to give attitude right back." REALLY, WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT!!! It's not my fault that your system can't find her name with the articles that I brought in. OR that I wasn't asked for LAST NAME. What the hell!!

I like the folks there. They are very friendly. Usually, the turn around time is pretty good. I find the prices to be fair. The only issue I've ever had is with their use of starch. I always ask for light starch and sometimes my shirts could be stood up in the floor by themselves.
