Provided by YPmobileWorst experience by far with the Sears Automotive. Went in for a simple service,than they tell me that I need this and that before they can service my car. From all of that, they end up messing up my car even more. Went back to Sears automotive and explain my problem. They didn't want to deal or hear my problem when I bought my car there. If you want a rip off place to get your money instead of satisfying the customer, Sears Automotive in Fort Smith, AR is the place to go. I will never recommending to any of my family or friends for anything there. Will never go there for nothing. 2 thumps down...
