I just visited this McDonald's location, I have to state that my experience was completely unacceptable and inhumane. It started as I drove up to the #2 ordering lane, I clearly stated 2 Double Cheeseburgers, 1 McChicken, and 1 Large Fries. The screen displayed 2 McDouble, I stated again very clearly "No, 2 Double Cheeseburgers, not McDouble's" the display changed and I was not spoken to again at the ordering display. I was not given my total, nor was I asked to pull forward or thanked for my patronage. So I pulled forward after waiting several minutes just to make it to the payment window, (I believe in which the wait time would be far outside of your corporate standards of service times.) I reached the payment window and was given my total, I received my change and still not a word was said to me, no thank you, please pull forward, nothing. So now I reached the second food delivery window the employee handed me my food, still not a word from the employees, I asked for ketchup and the employee obliged my request, still not a word about my patronage of the business, no have a good day, a simple thank you, etc... Nothing! This is obviously a disgrace to the brand name McDonald's, from reviewing the other reviews of this franchised location of McDonald's on this website it is clear that this is a systemic problem at this location that has not been rectified by the Franchisee/District Manager/Operating partner in this market, I have submitted this complaint via the corporate website and now I am placing it on my favorite restaurant review site YELP! In addition to other social media websites that I frequent, I own/operate a large franchise group of restaurants throughout the south and if I had a single location that was involved in this style of turpitude of business administration I would clearly not own and operate 80+ franchised locations. This is a disgrace to the McDonalds brand name and to the business community as a whole in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This needs to be rectified via the Franchisee/District Manager/Operating partner in this district immediately, or via a corporate officer, there has been several complaints lodged with Yelp regarding this location, you need to take action on this. Listen to your customers and begin reviewing these social media websites. Get in your restaurant and fix this, or eventually your franchise agreement possibly could be in violation no matter how many locations you own.
