This company had no idea,how to do a transfer bond. They also offered no help or try to find out. Next bonding company I called went above and beyond to help and provided the bond.

Needed a transfer bond. This bonding company had no idea of how to complete a long distance bond. Stated had been in business 12 years and new nothing about it.. the next bonds man I called helped right away, and was fully informed on how to do this. There was an extra fee for doing this but it was very reasonable for the extra paper work and phone calls he had to make...this office offers no help and had no idea of what to do......unprofessional at its highest.
