The Arkhola division of APAC-Arkansas has been meeting the construction material needs of commercial, industrial, governmental, residential and private customers in northwestern Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma for nearly 100 years. The division offers asphalt hot mix and ready-mix concrete. The Arkhola division of APAC-Arkansas is a recipient of the Hammer Award for national partnership for government cooperation. APAC is one of the largest transportation construction contractors in the United States.
