I received the worst eye exam in my entire life from Dr. Foulk. She stated I could no longer wear contact lenses, needed a prism lens on my glasses and did a $160 test on my eyes for Histoplasmosis. She said I have an active spot and needed one MONTH of sulpha drugs. This alerted me to do research and found sulpha drugs are NOT used for Histo. Furthermore, I went to my old Dr. and got contacts again. My eyes DO line up correctly and I do not need a prism lens. There is no evidence of any active Histoplasmosis in my eyes. I was COMPLETELY misdiagnosed and got a $160 bill to boot. Wow.
