The chair-side manner of my dental hygienist, Pam, at Norman D. Knowles dental office is excellent .

I've been going to Dr. Knowles for about 5 years now and he is one of the best in Florida. He explains everything and most importantly doesn't make you feel bad if you forget to floss!

Dr. Knowles did an excellent job during my visit. I really appreciate that I didn't have to wait to be seated for my appointment.

Dr. Knowles did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. Going to the dentist is sometimes a scary experience, especially when the dentist is poking around in your mouth and you don't know what's going on. Dr. Knowles tells me what he's going to do, before doing it. It puts me a little more at ease.

I never have to wait for appointments when I arrive to Dr. Knowles office. I was actually pretty surprised my first visit that I checked in and they took me right back, I didn't even have a chance to sit down in the waiting room. Everyone was super friendly, and even greeted me by name right when I walked in. I look forward to more appointments with them.

Dr. Knowles is very knowledgeable and personal. The professionalism of the whole staff is outstanding. You can trust them to do great dental work.

I liked that they take my insurance and let me pay the difference instead of having me pay up front. I have never seen another dentist do that
