My parents had a trust set up and everything went into the trust. A durable power of attorney was already in place and Mr. Hendrickson was helping me get ready for long-term care for my mom when she suddenly passed away.

Mr. Hendrickson knew EXACTLY what to do to close out the trust. He helped me access the money my mother did have and helped me move the property from the trust to me. The prices were fair for the amount of work and the expertise that he had in this area. I could not have settled the estate as quickly nor as well without him.

Side note: at some point soon, my husband and I will want to set up what I think are essential documents: a Living Will, a Health Care Surrogacy, and a Durable Power of Attorney. I fully expect to use Mr. Hendrickson as the attorney to put these documents in place.

His lack of professionalism was astounding. My father was a victim of what I regard as his predatory behavior. The cost of getting this guy out of our lives was extraordinary.
Avoid at all cost and pray he doesn’t try to sweet talk your elderly parent into filing legal actions for putting them in a nursing home….following extensive diagnosis of dementia, etc.
