This is by far the rudest service I've ever received, its not even worth it to be disrespectful and rude on top of the fact that they repo your vehicle and then make it impossible to claim your items. Really unprofessional and rude over the phone. Would not give me the tag to my vehicle as well as some of my property was missing. I plan on filing a complain to bbb. To anyone who deals with them and has the same rudeness please complain these people should be out of business.

Unfortunately my daughters wallet was inside the vehicle that was repossessed. It has all her personal info in her wallet including her green card. The owner of the vehicle is in jail & they won't speak to me. I just want my daughter's wallet. 2010 Nissan Versa (Claude Hendershot) who is in jail and I am disabled. All I want is her wallet!
