They are one of the rudest Dr offices i have ever been to and i have watched them treat others with great disrespect! If you are not an athlete they will treat you poorly. I called to ask about my appointment date. The lady who answered was rude to me and said "I don't know anything about that" How hard is it to look up my info on a computer? She said you will have to call the gadsden office to find that out, i mean seriously! That lady is pure lazy!

If I could give this office negative stars I would. They were insensitive, incompetent and down right rude during our visit yesterday. While I realize a "sports medicine" clinic may not be accustomed to handling a paralyzed patient, nurses should at least be familiar with how to move patients and not complain in front of the patient about "She refuses to move her bottom." or "She won't move." Hello! Paralyzed! It means she CANNOT move. It's in the dictionary since the mid 1700's, look it up. Dr. Haller was just as bad. He was apparently on call when she was taken to the ER and wouldn't come in to do his job. He ordered a foam brace that not only didn't fit her leg, but offered no support for a broken bone. All around I am disgusted with this clinic. If you love your family member, don't take them there.
